BST are able to manufacture an extensive range of fasteners through a hot forging process. We have the capacity to produce hot forged bolts in all types of head forms, hexagon, square, socket, bi, hex (12 point) round and D. in size range from 6mm to 75mm dia.

BST hold strategic stock of the most popular sizes of bolt blank and with the capability to manufacture specialised forgings from bespoke tool designs, we consider this service to be essential to our customers needs.

With a total of 6 vertical hot forge presses, which can offer a maximum capacity of 500 tonnes.

BST's fully trained engineers and machine operators can produce products to customers' own designs. In-house tool making and the production of bolt blanks from stock to ensure minimum manufacturing lead times.
